Six settings of the Lamentations of Jeremiah, traditionally performed after dark on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday. The settings by Palestrina and Ferrabosco were specially recorded for this release. The settings by Brumel, Tallis and White were compiled from previous releases.
